1. Operator and scope
The operator of astrogaze.ru and astrogaze.space is Artem Boyur (Боюр Артем Владимирович), an individual registered under Russia's self-employed professional income tax regime. Contact for data requests and withdrawal: dev@boiur.pro. This policy covers the websites; mobile apps have separate policies. Updated 15 October 2026.
2. Map and technical data
Observation coordinates entered manually or obtained with browser geolocation permission are used for calculations in your browser. Map settings and language can be stored locally. The site does not separately send exact coordinates to the operator or trackers. HTTP requests expose IP, time, request path, User-Agent and technical details to the server. Access/error logs support availability, security and troubleshooting independently of optional analytics, based on the operator's legitimate interest in secure operation subject to visitors' rights, or legal obligations where applicable. Nginx currently rotates 14 archives; this is not a universal backup retention period.
3. Optional analytics
Yandex Metrica (111071626) and self-hosted Umami (099fc1c0-3baa-5764-8887-83fa2b427a47) start only after separate consent. They process IP, approximate location, browser/OS/device, language/screen, page paths, timing, identifiers and actions. Umami uses session identifiers and IP-based location despite not setting analytics cookies; this is not a guarantee of no personal data. Metrica uses cookies, with click maps on the Russian version. Session replay is off in all languages. Site code removes query/hash and does not send exact coordinates or form values. App-store goals require consent.
4. Recipients and retention
The site and Umami are hosted on Timeweb in Russia. YANDEX LLC receives Metrica data under its terms and privacy policy. Operator access is limited to operational needs. Databases, logs and backups are held within the operator's infrastructure and access-controlled storage providers. New consent receipts contain a random ID, domain, choice, text version/hash and time, with no IP, User-Agent, page URL, email or coordinates. A first-party cookie/localStorage preference lasts up to 180 days; receipts last up to 365 days to document the legal basis. Historical Umami statistics currently have no automatic deletion period configured and remain until separately deleted or no longer needed, subject to law. Yandex terms also determine Metrica cookie/data retention. Decline does not promise deletion of past data.
5. Historical applications and correspondence
New beta applications are closed. Previously supplied contacts, technical history and backups remain stored. Analytics consent does not replace their legal basis or apply retroactively. Contact dev@boiur.pro about such data or correspondence. Requests are used to reply and fulfil legal requirements, not added to analytics.
6. Choice and rights
Reading this policy is not consent. Decline immediately or change your choice using Analytics settings. Withdrawal stops analytics loading/sending in this browser and removes accessible analytics cookies/local keys. Each domain stores a separate preference. You may request information, access, correction, restriction or deletion as provided by law, withdraw consent and complain to Roskomnadzor or a court. Email dev@boiur.pro with enough information to locate the relevant data; do not send unnecessary documents. The operator responds within statutory deadlines and may request proportionate identity verification.
7. Protection and updates
HTTPS, access controls, limited analytics fields and backups are used. A material consent change receives a new version and requires a new choice. Policy publication alone does not replace consent or establish that all operator obligations have been fulfilled. Processing takes account of Russia's Federal Law No. 152-FZ.
